Cancellation Policy

All dog boarding reservations have to be pay in full at least one week prior to your booking, if cancellation is needed: - 100% refund: Two weeks prior of date booked. - 50% refund: One week prior of date booked. - 0% refund: Less than a week prior of date booked. Rescheduling is at the availability of our schedule. Please let us know as soon as you can to provide quick resolution and quality care.
